Support through your account

Dashboard tickets

For subscription status, payment records, connection issues, and refund requests, go to the tickets section of your dashboard. Enter a subject and describe the issue, then submit the ticket. If more information is needed, reply to the existing ticket.

Response times depend on the issue, ticket volume, and review progress; no fixed response time is promised on this page. Check your ticket for updates, and avoid opening duplicate tickets for the same issue.

What to include in your ticket

Share details relevant to the issue

Clear symptoms and steps to reproduce the issue are more helpful than simply saying, “It doesn’t work.”

Connection and route issues

Tell us your platform, client name, and network environment, and whether the issue occurs before or after connecting. Include the route name, when the issue occurred, any error message, and the steps you’ve already tried. Mention whether switching routes or networks changes the result.

Include only the error and relevant settings in screenshots. Before submitting, redact subscription links, account passwords, access tokens, and unrelated personal information. Don’t send a complete configuration file.

Payment and subscription issues

Include your plan, payment method, order status, and what appears in your dashboard. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are accepted payment methods. For payment screenshots, keep the order details needed for verification visible and redact unrelated account information.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data add-ons remain available until used and never expire. If you have questions about data usage, explain the expected amount and what your dashboard shows.

Refunds and account issues

VPNYD offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. Submit refund requests by ticket with the relevant order details and request information. See the Terms of Service for full terms. For account issues, describe the page and message you see; never include your password in a ticket.

Example ticket: The Windows client connects, but the destination website won’t load. The same message appears after switching networks. I’ve tried updating the subscription. Attached are a redacted screenshot of the error and the route name.

Check the guides, then follow up with a ticket

For your first connection, follow the guide to check the client setup and subscription import steps. If you’re connected but having access issues, work through the troubleshooting guide. If the problem persists, include your findings in a ticket to help us investigate.
