Service Scope

VPNYD provides subscriptions for cross-border access and network acceleration, with coverage across 90+ countries / 160+ routes and support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get client software and subscription information through the user panel. You must be logged in and have an active subscription to access client software.

Coverage describes the range of international route resources; it does not mean that every region, website, or app will always be accessible. Eligibility, content availability by region, and usage rules for third-party services are determined by their operators. This service does not replace third-party authorization or guarantee access to specific content.

Account and Subscription Rules

Create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Keep your login credentials and subscription information secure and do not disclose them to others. If you notice an unusual login, a subscription leak, or activity you did not authorize, update your credentials promptly and report the situation by submitting a ticket.

Unlimited simultaneous devices are supported for the account holder's own devices. This does not permit reselling, renting, publicly distributing a subscription, or sharing an account with others. You may not use this service to provide unauthorized commercial access to third parties.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the data allowance and billing method before choosing; see the Plans page for all options. Monthly subscriptions and data packages have different usage rules.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and those applicable to your use, and respect the terms of the services you access and the rights of others. You may not use VPNYD for unlawful purposes, including fraud, intellectual property infringement, unlawful distribution of others' information, or other illegal activity.

You may not conduct network attacks or malicious scans, send spam, interfere with other people's connections, or undermine this service's authentication, billing, or resource management systems. Network acceleration does not change your responsibility for your own actions or published content.

Availability and Limits of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on your local network, carrier routing, device configuration, and the status of third-party services. Maintenance, route changes, or external network failures may interrupt connections. VPNYD does not guarantee uninterrupted service or a specific speed based on route coverage.

If a problem occurs, first check your local connection and subscription status, then consult Troubleshooting. You may include your operating system, client messages, the situation in which the issue occurred, and steps already tried in your ticket. Do not submit your password or complete subscription information.

You are responsible for backing up your work and should take care with tasks that depend on a continuous connection. Responsibility will be determined according to applicable law and the specific facts. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit any remedies available to you by law.

Payments and Refunds

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Submit your request through the ticket portal in the user panel, specifying the relevant order and your refund request. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied with the service.

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Before paying, check the plan, amount, and billing method, and keep your order record. Refund requests are checked against the account and order holder. This check confirms the applicant and does not change the refund commitment above. Updates are provided through the ticket; this page does not promise an additional processing time for funds to arrive.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If you use the service unlawfully, resell or share a subscription, attack the service, or otherwise breach these terms, VPNYD may take action based on the impact, including restricting access, suspending a subscription, or terminating an account. If you disagree with an action, provide further details through a ticket and request a review. These measures do not affect orders or refund matters that must be handled under applicable law.

When service rules change, this page will be updated and the month of the update will be shown. Important changes affecting account use or subscription benefits will be announced on the site or through the user panel. New terms will not retroactively reduce benefits confirmed for existing orders. Review any changes before continuing to use the service. If you have questions, submit a ticket for clarification first.
