Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the VPNYD marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains the scope, purposes, and handling of data. Third-party payment pages are governed by their own privacy policies; users manage permissions for the operating system on their client devices.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. Providing an email address is optional and is not a condition of access to this service. Usernames identify accounts, and passwords verify identity. Do not include passwords or login credentials in support tickets.
To provide subscriptions, verify payments, and handle support, this service processes order numbers, plan selections, amounts, payment status, subscription status, and data usage. These business records support account management, usage calculations, and dispute resolution; they are not used to build browsing-interest profiles.
When a support ticket is submitted, this service processes the issue description and any screenshots or diagnostic information voluntarily attached. Please redact subscription links, access credentials, and personal information unrelated to the issue. Support staff should receive only the information needed to resolve it.
No-Logs Policy and Operational Data
VPNYD follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, destination domains, DNS query history, or connection logs that could be used to trace an individual's activity. Connection times, source addresses, and destinations are not combined into user activity records.
Temporary session state needed to maintain an active connection is used only to operate that connection and is not retained as connection history after it ends. Account-level data totals are used to measure plan usage; they do not include specific destinations and are not website browsing records.
Service maintenance may use aggregated operational information that is not linked to individual browsing destinations. When investigating a specific issue, the service relies on client error messages voluntarily provided by the user. The no-logs policy does not mean that order, account, or support ticket records are not processed.
Usage Statistics and Browser Storage
Website usage statistics help us understand page visits, referral channels, and button usage so we can improve content and the access process. Statistics cover pages on this website, not international websites accessed through a subscription connection. Usernames, passwords, and subscription credentials must not be included in analytics events.
Cookies may be used for essential session identification and usage statistics. Local storage is used to save user panel preferences, such as login status and language selection. Login credentials remain in the current browser for authentication in subsequent requests and should not be shared with others.
Users can restrict cookies, clear this website's storage, or log out of the panel through their browser settings. After clearing storage, users may need to log in again or reset preferences. This affects only the current browser and does not automatically delete server-side account, order, or support ticket records.
Payment Processing and Data Disclosure
This service supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment provider. VPNYD receives transaction identifiers, amounts, and payment results needed to verify orders, and does not ask users to enter their payment account login passwords on this website.
Third parties may process transaction information under their own policies. Please review the relevant information before entering a payment page. VPNYD does not sell account information. When data is shared with a processor to complete a payment, refund, or technical service, it should be limited to what that transaction requires.
If disclosure is legally required, this service will verify the basis for the request and limit the scope of disclosure. Any disclosure is limited to data actually held and does not create browsing or connection history that would otherwise not be retained.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account and subscription information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order records are retained for the periods needed to fulfill transactions, process refunds, and meet applicable legal requirements. Support tickets are deleted or de-identified after the issue and any necessary review are complete. Statistics are retained as needed for analysis and cleared when their purpose has been fulfilled; they are not kept indefinitely without a purpose.
To access, correct, or delete account data, log in to the user panel and submit a request through Support Tickets. This service will verify account ownership and explain what can be deleted and what records must still be retained. Deleting an account may affect subscription access, so please first check for pending orders or support matters.
Policy Updates and Feedback
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the last-updated month will be changed. Material changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where authorization is required, continued access alone will not replace the necessary confirmation.
If you have questions about data processing or believe information is being used beyond this policy's scope, describe the situation through a user panel support ticket. For subscription use and refund rules, please also read the Terms of Service.
