Cross-Border Access and Service Principles

VPNYD’s service approach, connection support, and privacy commitments.

Our Service

Access to International Websites Across Devices

VPNYD offers subscriptions for cross-border access and network acceleration, for people who need international websites, AI tools, remote collaboration, or streaming. The service covers 90+ countries and 160+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, and unlimited simultaneous devices. Monthly subscriptions suit regular use, while non-expiring data plans are designed for occasional access. Choose based on your expected data usage and how often you connect.

How We Operate

Route Selection and Troubleshooting

Choose routes based on the destination service’s regional requirements and your actual connection performance. IEPL, relay, and direct connections are different access paths—not guarantees of speed. A successful connection at one point in time does not guarantee ongoing availability. If you have connection issues, first check your local network, subscription status, and client settings, then compare other routes. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the user panel with your platform, when the issue occurred, the route name, and an error message with sensitive information removed. This helps us investigate.

See the pricing page for plan prices and data terms. Payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. A 14-day refund policy is available.

Privacy

No Logs, Minimal Data Collection

VPNYD follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Account, subscription, and order processing follows a data minimization approach. See the Privacy Policy for details on what data is processed and why. Military-grade encryption protects connections, but you should still keep your password and subscription details secure. Before submitting screenshots or a support ticket, hide credentials and subscription URLs, and include only the information needed to troubleshoot the issue.
